ensure you’re using the current version of the software, we recommend that you
uninstall and repeat the installation process in the beginning of every

4. Test Taking Procedures. Below are links
with step by step instructions for downloading, taking, and uploading your exam file. You will receive an email notification when each
of your exam files are ready to be downloaded. You may download
your exam file as soon as you receive the email. Practice exams are available to
simulate the download, testing, and upload procedure. Feel free to use
these at your convenience. Alternative exams are available if, for any reason, the correct exam file is unavailable.
