If you misplace or have forgotten your ExamSoft credentials please use the following link, http://search.rutgers.edu/people.html to find your official Rutgers University email address. Then select "Forgot Password" if you are using the "Examplify" application or select the "Lost Student ID or Password?" option under the "Exam Takers" section on the schools ExamSoft page. Enter your official Rutgers email address and follow the directions. ExamSoft will send your login credentials to that email address. Your second option is to call the Exam Taker Support line 866-429-8889 (Mon – Fri 730AM – 830PM; Sat 830AM-630PM) and they will provide you with your credentials.
