Single Sign-on is used for authentication! Students and Faculty/Staff now use their UMMC email address and password to login to ExamSoft and Examplify.
Courses and enrollments are now synced from Canvas. Office of Medical Education has submitted all M1 and M2 courses for 2024-2025.
Students will not be able to log into the ExamSoft portal until at least 1 course is added using the Canvas integration.
Important dates
Friday, May 30, 2025: All remaining active student ExamTaker accounts will be deactivated. After this date, students will no longer have access to ExamSoft or Examplify.
On or after June 1, 2025: Courses for the 2025-26 academic year will be added by instructor request.
Instructor Action Required:
To request new 2025-26 courses, please submit your request through your school administrator or by using the standard submission process.

ExamSoft Upcoming Mandatory Update Delayed
Examsoft has release a new version of Examplify 3.8.0 for Windows and macOS. Originally ExamSoft announce a plan to implement the mandatory update April 8. The mandatory update has now been moved to April 17th 2025. Examtakers will need to update by by April 17, 2025 to continue using Examplify. Examtakers should update prior to downloading assessments that are scheduled for or follows the mandatory update.
Exam takers should review the Minimum System Requirements (MSR) to ensure their Windows or Mac computer meets the minimum requirements and complete a moc exam if one is made available prior to taking class assessments.
Message for ExamTakers
Please keep in mind as new versions and updates of operating systems (e.g Windows 10,11 and Mac OS) are released, Examplify may not be immediately certified compatible by ExamSoft and could require a new version of Examplify. As new versions of operating systems are released we recommend revisiting ExamSoft's Minimum System Requirements listed at the link at the top of this ExamSoft portal homepage page for any messages concerning compatibility with new operating systems release before applying newly release updates. For best practice use compatible versions you have tested successfully with a mock exam if one is available. If you use an older operating system that is reaching end of support consider updating prior to the retire date.
