You must notify Dr. Ryan, Mrs. McQueen, and Course Directors no less than two weeks prior to your assessment to reschedule for emergencies or educational reasons only.
Time Change Request must be submitted to Mrs. McQueen two weeks prior to the assessment.
You are only allowed one request per semester, make sure it’s the one you want.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
This only means that your request is pending, it does not mean your request has been approved.
If you have a last minute emergency, you must contact Mrs. McQueen as soon as possible
